Privacy Policy
ItemShot: Product Photos is built as a privacy-first product photo app. Photos are processed on device and are not uploaded to ItemShot servers.
Photos and projects
When you choose a photo, ItemShot processes it locally on your iPhone. Saved projects, thumbnails, masks, and exported files are stored on your device unless you choose to share or export them through iOS.
What ItemShot does not use in v0.1
- No ItemShot backend for processing your product photos.
- No ad SDKs.
- No third-party analytics SDKs in the iOS app.
- No third-party purchase SDKs. Subscriptions use Apple StoreKit.
Purchases
ItemShot Pro subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase, subscription, tax, and account information according to Apple's own policies. ItemShot uses StoreKit to check subscription entitlement status in the app.
Sharing and export
When you export or share a product photo, iOS and the destination app or service you choose may receive that file. ItemShot does not control the privacy practices of those destinations.
Diagnostics
Apple may provide crash reports or diagnostics through App Store and TestFlight systems if you have enabled sharing with developers. ItemShot does not add a separate crash reporting SDK in v0.1.
Website hosting
The public ItemShot website is designed as a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It does not include JavaScript analytics, tracking pixels, account forms, or support forms. Cloudflare may process standard web request metadata, such as IP address, request URL, user agent, and request time, as part of serving the website.
